Who we are

Policolor has been a name in the Romanian industry for over 60 years, producing varnishes and paints for different markets: for residential houses, for construction, for cars or for industrial use. All this would have been just dreams without the people of Policolor-Orgachim, whether we are talking about former or current colleagues who define the success of these long-lived companies. We train our people, motivate and reward them and make sure they have all the tools they need to perform. Brands such as SPOR, DEKO Professional, CasaBella, Policolor are known, sought after and recognized. We pay attention to all our customers we work with every day. They have recommended Policolor-Orgachim products for more than 60 years in very competitive markets. This is how we succeed in everything we set out to do and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Policolor-Orgachim Group is the regional leader in the field of paint and varnish technology in the South-East European area. We produce and supply complete solutions for the consumer goods market, as well as the industrial and automotive market.
Policolor – Orgachim Group was formed in August 1998, after Policolor acquired 51% of the Orgachim JSC shares in Bulgaria. Orgachim JSC was founded in 1901 and it is the market leader in Bulgaria. Policolor-Orgachim group produces in Bulgaria paints, resins and phthalic anhydride. Since 1998, the Group’s marketing and sales strategy has placed a special emphasis on developing and supporting local brands. At the operational level, the Group’s activity is aimed at increasing production efficiency, increasing product quality and streamlining investment costs. The Group’s global strategy is to consolidate its leading position in the paints and resins market in Southeast Europe.

We believe that innovations in paints and varnishes must not harm the environment and that nature protection must remain a priority. This means that all production processes must be sustainable and in strict standards.
